Information About Leonid Meteor Shower & How to watch and view the Leonid Meteor Shower in 2010!

       November 17th and 18th the Leonid meteor shower 2010 is said to be at its best time for viewing the Leonids. Watch the sky for meteors falling from the sky in early morning hours or possibly late evening or night depending on your place in the world or locations. It is predicted that you will be able to still see the Leonid Meteors up to November 19th and possibly 20th of 2010. I think the best time for viewing the meteor showers in parts of the usa are said to be around early evening like 8:00pm EST and even in some parts of the world meteors could hit near midnight. If you ask me the best time to watch for meteor showers would be just after the moon has set and prior to early morning hours. They predict everyone world wide will be able to see the meteor showers!

        Best Time for seeing the Leonids in other parts of the world show the best times after midnight. In Sweden most are predicting the best time to watch the sky is at late night and early morning between 2:00am & 5:00am. If your in Sweden it could be worth staying up late to sky watch around 2:00 since they say the peak time in CET to watch for Leonid Meteor Shower 2010 is late night or early morning time. The best viewing and where to look in the sky to see the meteor depends on your location in the world. If you do not know the stars or locations of the constellations it may not help to tell you that you can see Leonid meteor Showers coming from Constellation Leo.

The 2010 Leonid Meteor Shower will be special light show in ways since it has hit again at a time when the earth is passing through a less dense area of the comets trail. This means we could watch up to hundreds or even thousands of meteors falling per hour! Every 33 years Leonid Meteor Shower displays this type of intense light shows put on by mother nature in ways. Amazing stuff to watch!

Sad to say but for Leonid Meteor Shower 2010 I got no videos and photos of the meteor showers myself so, we have different footage and photos of amazing earth, oceans, skys and sky watch off my site. I do not steal photos from others or use things unless it is given from NASA to be used online or National Geographic Videos they allow us to use. However Leonid Meteor Shower 2011 I will watch even if it makes my husband and cat worry as I stand in below freezing nordic weather to film it and make people wonder what I am doing out there eh grin.
